I mistakenly ordered a mirror, with a frame that was far too big in terms of depth, which overwhelmed my hallway. The response from WW was quick and decisive, offering free collection and exchange for a more appropriately sized mirror. This all happened within five days and I now have the perfect mirror. This is my fourth time ordering from WW which speaks for itself. I would also like to mention that part of their Customer Service excellence is that they use their own delivery drivers. John & Steve were both fab and amazingly able to manage massive packages without offered assistance, also showed no judgement towards a customer who failed to measure correctly!!!
