I had bookmarked the James Taylor mirror I wanted months before moving into my new home – and it was the first thing I purchased when I did! I pre-ordered the Citadella and had to wait just under eight weeks for delivery. During my wait, I had some questions for James Taylor, and got in touch using the online chat system – which was quick and easy! I spoke to someone extremely helpful.The mirror is even better than it looked online; and the quality and finish is stunning.However, I wanted to write my review – not just about the mirror – but about the delivery person, Nick. Nick got in touch with me the evening before my delivery (as I was told he would be), and sent a very thorough and detailed message about the delivery process. On the day of delivery, Nick kept me informed, gave me an accurate ETA, and was extremely helpful in getting the mirror to my desired location (I live alone and am not a very strong person, so could not have carried it by myself!).I appreciate how polite and helpful Nick was throughout the process – and that was a great end to a brilliant customer experience throughout.
