**Amended****After speaking with the very helpful Amber my issue below is being dealt with – now received the right items **Pre ordered a mirror in May, it was dispatched on time in August as expected along with an in-stock order I made. In-stock order was fine no issues at all. Delivery driver was spot on. The pre ordered mirror however, well they sent the wrong mirror. Contacted customer service who offered an ‘exchange, subject to stock availability’ (that’s a laugh after I waited 3 months for my pre order) or a ‘refund’. Made it very clear they would be collecting the incorrect mirror too. I obviously asked for the exchange given how long I’d already waited, and reiterated this was in no way my fault therefore I sort of presumed they would want to sort this for me and fulfil my order? Two weeks ago I was told the mirror was at the warehouse and I could expect dispatch w/c 30th Aug. That week has now been and gone. I chased them again and they advised dispatch would be the beginning of this week. Finally received the email today along with the drivers name and number.I contacted him to discuss him picking up the incorrect mirror I have here at the same time, only for him to say he doesn’t have my order on his van and to contact the company. Right. I’ve had this incorrect mirror in my home for nearly 5 weeks now patiently waiting to be picked up. I’m fed up of contacting this company to ask them to rectify their mistakes. I’ve no idea if i’ll ever get what I paid for back in May.
