I have to write and say how impressed I am with everything about James Taylor. Having pre-ordered my Bridgewater Rusty Steel arched mirror back in mid September I was given a delivery date of around 6 weeks. Low and behold, the sales team got in touch this week to inform me that my mirror was on the way. I then heard from Nick, a great guy, who kept me informed of his delivery schedule on a regular basis. As promised he arrived on time and delivered my mirror which now hangs in pride of place in my kitchen. I wish there were more companies like James Taylor, who not only care about their products and customer service, but especially Nick, who really is an excellent ambassador for their company.
